Liam Payne Says Being in One Direction 'Nearly Killed' Him

Speaking with Hashtag Legend magazine about Bear - who is now pals with Louis Tomlinson's son Freddie - he said: "A mother and child is the most handsome thing to watch, but they're the closest thing ever - and you'll never be as close".

He added: 'Just hanging out going, "Yeah, I like that one, but this one doesn't really do it for me"'.

His One Direction bandmates Harry Styles and Niall Horan have already released solo albums, with Styles hitting the number one spot past year, while Louis Tomlinson is also set to release his own album.

While on the show, Liam said, "I think with this lifestyle if we don't help each other there's not much point to it" and when he heard Shawn's new single he felt like he could hear the "slightest hint of sorrow" and wanted to "make sure it was all good".

Speaking to SiriusXM's The Morning Mash Up, Liam said: "I don't feel like I need to go to that step to feel any differently about how I do about my relationship". It was scary. It was, at times. "I do love yoga. But then The Hulk will go, 'Well I'll sort this out.' It's one of those things". I was 14 which is so young to start in that process.
