Apple's new App Store design can boost…

Another report found that iPhone 8 phones using non-genuine Apple screens suddenly developed touchscreen issues when iOS 11.3 was installed.

While Apple at the time refused to comment on the debacle, it on Tuesday pushed out iOS 11.3.1 to rectify the screen unresponsiveness.

In comparison, the majority of Android installs (26%) are on Marshmallow, which first debuted back in 2015, followed by Nougat at 23%, which debuted in 2016. The new update, however, does not bring any new features other than the fix itself. The iOS 11.3 is one of the major updates being rolled out to the iOS devices.

"Non-genuine replacement displays may have compromised visual quality and may fail to work correctly", the iOS 11.3.1 notes continue. To download, go to Settings General Software Update and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Apple has released its latest update iOS 11.3.1 and in which the company has claimed that it has fixed the issue that the users of iPhone 8 are facing.

The fix bug affecting the iPhone 8 models surfaced shortly after iOS 11.3 was launched. This is particularly common with Apple products due to the expense of replacements using genuine Apple components.

Interestingly, Apple's patch notes specify that the release "improves the security" of iOS devices.

In addition to the iOS 11.3.1 update, Apple has released a new security update to the macOS 10.13.4 update that is designated as Security Update 2018-001. Also, it is recommended to take a backup of all the files before proceeding with the update.

Apart from iPhone X support, there's nothing new at all.

The app is available as a free download for iPhone and iPad with no in-app purchase required to unlock its full potential.
