Meteorologist Sarah Fletcher says a cold front will bring a chance for rain Sunday night, with slightly cooler weather behind it on Monday.

Saturday night, there is a 40 percent chance of showers with a low of 36, according to the weather service.

Strong wind gusts across the eastern plains could reach 40 to 50 miles per hour. Winds gusting up to 35 miles per hour.

Forecasters expect mostly sunny skies on Monday throughout the mid-valley, with highs in the mid-50s.

There also is a chance of snow showers Thursday night.

Wind gusts are expected reach more than 20 miles per hour today, but it will be nothing like the wind that pummeled the area during Friday's storm, leaving many without power. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. Southeast wind 5 to 7 miles per hour becoming light and variable.
