Here's What Fortnite Season 3 Adds, Changes, and Balances

No, these aren't characters on the Fortnite Battle Royale map, but structures that are found across the map. You can find full details of the Season 3 Battle Pass on Epic's website. The Season 3 Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks, which is about $10/£10. The answer is "not that many" because I kind of suck at Fortnite: Battle Royale and usually die for more mundane reasons.

Players will also see that their building material will change automatically when they run out of a certain type. Epic's upcoming building improvements seem meant to pick up the pace of construction in order to keep the flow of combat moving.

There's one other important change to building coming too; now, small objects such as furniture and shrubs are destroyed when a building piece is placed over them. You'll still need to be wary of where you place objects, however, because custom structures still need support from terrain or buildings. It's a good thing that Fortnite is adding some new dances then.

The new music will be written by Marco Beltrami (whose credits include Logan, The Hurt Locker) and Pinar Toprak (who has worked on Krypton and Justice League).

Everything included with the Battle Pass is purely cosmetic and will not give you an edge in-game.

"We're really fortunate to have been able to work with Marco and Pinar". The latest update for the competitive shooter (and its co-op Save the World counterpart) brings with it equal parts gameplay tweaks and new stuff to play with, and there's never been a better time to start playing or skydive back in. You can read the official description of it below as listed in the patch notes for the update. With the new update, Epic Games announced on Reddit that it will balance the weapon with a new mechanic that requires you to pump the weapon if you fire it and immediately switch to another item.

To supplement "Turbo Building", Fortnite version 3.0.0 will feature "Auto Change Materials", which makes the process even faster.

"Spring It On" was previously mentioned in a blog post but little else is known about the upcoming event.
