The Grammy Awards are set to take place on Sunday at Madison Square Garden in NY. Music's biggest night is no exception: On Sunday, the Grammy Awards will celebrate 60 years of honoring the talented artists of the music industry. In honor of the show's return to NY after 15 years in Los Angeles, there will be two Broadway tributes: Patti LuPone will return to croon "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" from her star-marking performance in Evita, and Dear Evan Hansen nominee Ben Platt will perform a classic from West Side Story in a tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber and Leonard Bernstein.

The Grammy Awards are Sunday, Jan. 28 at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT in New York City at Madison Square Garden. It was a shock, and apparently left 50 miffed because when he lost Best New Artist to a rock band from Little Rock, Arkansas named Evanescence, he walked onto the stage to interrupt lead singer Amy Lee's acceptance speech.

This year's Best Urban Contemporary Album nominees are stacked with special talents that stand on their own when it comes to their music projects.

Jay-Z snagged the most nominations for the 60th awards, vying for a trophy in eight categories. Kendrick Lamar, Bruno Mars, Childish Gambino, SZA, Khalid and music producer No I.D. are also top nominees. Lamar will compete with Jay-Z in all seven categories he is nominated in, including best rap album, best rap song, best rap performance, best rap sung performance and best music video.

Double wins were scored by Ella Fitzgerald, who was named best female vocal performer, and cited for the best jazz performance.
