The parade gets underway at around 12:30 p.m.at Christie Pits Park and will run eastbound along Bloor Street, southbound on Queen's Park Crescent/ University Avenue and then eastbound on Wellington Street West/Front Street East.

"We start at 25th and Albert Street just on the corner there, travel all the way down south to the Southland mall at the entrance of Chapters, so kind of at the back of the mall", Brewster says.

Santa will also visit the Rutledge Charity Building, 404 N. Bridge Street, on November 24 and 25 and December 2, 9 and 16, from 11 a.m.to 3 p.m.

This year's theme is "Christmas in Toyland".

Fort Erie: The 45th annual parade happens November 18 at 4 p.m.

Niagara Falls: Parade is November 18 at 11 a.m. Route: Begins on Victoria Ave at Armoury St and continues along Victoria, then Queen St, ending at Erie Ave. There's a free skate at Meridian Centre from 2 p.m.to 4 p.m. and volunteers will be collecting non-perishable food items, hats & mittens, and letters to Santa along parade route.

This year marks the 113th year for the annual holiday parade.

University Avenue, from College Street to Dundas Street, at 11 a.m. The Holiday in the Park Parade brought in the season on Saturday evening. Anne's Road instead of Elm Street, and finishing on Elm Street.
