Rob Kardashian Sues Blac Chyna for Domestic Abuse

In the complaint filed Wednesday, Kardashian and Jenner reportedly claim they were forced to take legal action against Chyna, 29, after enduring "several months of injuries" after Chyna's "deliberate attempt to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains".

According to The Blast, the 20-year-old cosmetics entrepreneur is also suing Chyna due to it being her property with an estimation that there was an excess of $100K in damage done to it. She also filed documents revealing that she was scared of her ex because he "threatened to kill himself multiple times in text messages since we broke up in December 2016, trying to manipulate me to respond to his outbursts".

In addition, Chyna allegedly also hit him in the face and head.

It was three days after this incident that Chyna's Instagram was hacked, and Rob uploaded videos to social media of the couple's empty home and accused Chyna of taking their daughter.

However, it wasn't to last and they announced their split recently. Things are bound to get even more complicated now though, with a source close to Chyna refuting Rob's claims and telling People that the fight at Kylie's house was "not a real thing".

In the end the father of Dream Kardashian had attempted to flee the house in his Bentley but his then fiancee reportedly threw a chair at his vehicle and even went as far as using a metal rod to hurt Rob.

Kris Jenner did her best to gloss over Rob Kardashian's problems on the KUWTK anniversary special that aired last night, but the fact that he was a no-show was the elephant in the room!

He says Chyna was responsible $100,000 worth of damages for "damaging a television, breaking down a door, damaging the walls, destroying cell phones and smashing a gingerbread house that was made for the holidays".

Kylie and Rob also claim that Chyna repeatedly told Kylie that she should be tested for sexually transmitted diseases, because of her relationship with Tyga. "It makes sense on their part to come up with a counter-claim for the very real claim made against him", they said.

"Revenge porn, posting naked pictures to 9 million people across the world", the source continued. None of that compares to an altercation that they got into at Kylie's house.
